Warranty
LENGTH OF PRODUCT WARRANTY

Incriminator Audio Products are covered by warranty for 1 year from date of purchase on parts and labor if installed by an authorized Incriminator Audio dealer/installer. If not installed by an authorized installer then warranty period is 6 months from date of sale on parts and labor. Online sales also follow under this category. As long as the product(s) is/are in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

TERMS OF WARRANTY

From the date of original purchase and for the respective period, specified above, Incriminator Audio agrees to repair or replace, at our option and sole expense, all products, which are defective in material and/or workmanship. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not apply with respect to the following:

1. Warranty does not cover burned or open voice coils.

2. Defects or damage caused by accident, fire, flood, and lightning or other acts of God.

3. Defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, or negligence.

4. Loudspeakers and raw drivers with voice coils that have failed due to excessive power levels. Examples include burned or open coils.

5. Damage caused during shipping or handling. These claims are made with the Freight Company.

6. Accessories attached to or to be used with Incriminator Audio products.

7. Products that have their serial numbers altered/removed.

8. Packing materials. i.e. card board boxes, corners, peanuts, and etc.

9. Items subject to fatigue through normal wear and use.

10. Product, which has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Incriminator Audio.
